This is the Martian Manhunter's alien look. So far it's only been released once exactly as is to provide a quick-change figure in the Justice League line. It should be noted that this toy has a plug-in head, similar to the Green Lantern exclusives.
The figure was repainted into J'onn J'onzz ver 2, with consistent green coloring.
