Explaination[]
While other Figures are cut and Dry this figure is different. In 1989 Kenner created an action figure based on The Riddler for the Coleccion Super Amigos Line. Due to production limits the Figure in Argentina was simply a painted over version of Hal Jordan. The figure Looked as it does in this case Lighter Colored Arms and Lower Legs, Purple Mask and Gloves with the ring in place, and the Hair repainted.
