This is the unreleased figure of Vigilante for JLU.
Description[]
Sighted in reject bins is the purple-shirted, brown gloved version. This one is different in that the head is made of hard plastic unlike the second version which had a rubber scarfed head. Since it is made of harder plastic the head will not turn. It is possible that this unreleased version is from an entire batch of rejects.
